The HelpCenter is a new venture for technical support and technology education at MCC. We are dedicated to providing you a great service experience. The HelpCenter is your first point of contact for technical support for all technology questions including:

  • Logging in to Canvas
  • Using MCC's wireless networks
  • Questions about applications used in MCC classes
  • Getting help with technology problems including media equipment in classrooms and more.

Our goal is to resolve technical support problems on the first contact in a timely and professional manner.

The HelpCenter is a dedicated learning environment where our community (students, employees, community members) can learn about using technology.

The HelpCenter is part of College Technology Services.
