Each yearly performance review cycle will be part of establishing the MCC Service Excellence agenda. During this rating period every manager will complete evaluation forms with emphasis on internal and external service excellence.
By the end of the review period for each employee, it is expected that a complete performance review will be on file in Human Resources. Each review submitted should include documented evidence of service excellence feedback given to employees. Reports will be provided to the Administrative Team at the end of each period to ascertain the efforts and progress made towards meeting these goals.
In addition, every employee including student workers and temporaries will have a meaningful service excellence dialogue and establish two service excellence goals.
