Michelle Jung, MCC Exercise Science faculty, is the expert consulted for the NBC 12News segment, “Exactly how many calories are in Thanksgiving dinner?” She was joined by several of her students to demonstrate the proper techniques for suggested exercises.

The segment aired multiple times on 12News Phoenix beginning the evening of Nov. 27 (the day before Thanksgiving) and was picked up by several NBC affiliates and ABC and CBS stations in Cleveland, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis and Spokane.
