Swapna Das was born and raised in New Delhi, India. Her move to the U.S.A in 2011 offered her a new dimension in life. Swapna's work has been featured in solo and group exhibitions, including the Arizona Biennial at the Tucson Museum of Art. She has also traveled to China for Inverse Conversation Exchange Exhibition with the Renmin University of China and was also selected to exhibit the 46th National Art Exhibition in India. Her specialization is in drawing and painting, teaching at Mesa Community College since 2016, and Drawing as Seeing and Thinking at Arizona State University.
