Many skill sets and programs learned in Digital Arts have overlapping practical applications in science and history. Using his 3D modeling and printing experience, Brenden has collaborated with ASU's Bio-engineering department to conduct blood flow experiments in femoral arteries. He also worked with the Institute of Human Origins to 3D scan Lucy, casts of fossils of an Australopithecus afarensis dated from 3.2 million years ago. Brenden's work demonstrates how effectively he can meld his traditional understanding of art and design with modern technology, software, and tools to create intriguing works.
