The city of Mesa announced April 6 that interim Police Chief John Meza has been selected as the new police chief. Chief Meza, a former assistant chief, has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Mesa Community College within the Administration of Justice Program.

MCC will be closed for Winter Break from Tuesday, December 24, 2024 until Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Services will re-open on Thursday, January 2 at 8am. Classes start January 11.
