ASMCC Student Government at Red Mountain is hosting a Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration. Please consider sending your students to this event!

  • Monday: September 30
  • M200 | Red Mountain campus
  • 12:30-2:00 pm

We are honored to be be joined by Deanna Villanueva-Sauceda, who will be speaking on the theme of "Pioneers of Change." Deanna is the Associate Vice Chancellor of the Center for Excellence in Inclusive Democracy for the Maricopa Community Colleges.

Following the conversation with our keynote speaker, we will be playing Loteria, a traditional Mexican board game. Winners of Loteria will go home with some fun MCC swag items! Will you be one of the lucky ones?! We'll also have some delicious pan dulce and other traditional treats.

Thanks to ASMCC Student Government Red Mountain President, Sen Whittemore for arranging this fun event!
