REA274 Residential Appraiser Site Valuation And Cost Approach 1 Credits

Learn theories and methodologies for arriving at residential site values and applying the Cost Approach for new and reproduction factors. The advantages and disadvantages of using the cost methods for estimating accrued depreciation. Reading of residential building plans and specifications. Prerequisites: None.

Class 24781 Students can choose any Monday start between 8/25/2025 and 10/17/2025. Students will have 8 weeks from their start date to complete the class. OEE students may work at the open labs at Southern & Dobson and Red Mountain. OEE students must have the appropriate software to complete assignments at home and in the labs.
