Introduction to layout, basic welding, and fabrication. Introduction to the basic skills of measuring, equipment setup and cutting, shaping, grinding, welding, filing, and heating and bending of metal parts.

Prerequisites: WLD101, or WLD106++, or WLD206++, or Apprentice status, or permission of the Apprenticeship Coordinator.
