The Tuition Payment Plan is a plan to help you budget the cost of your tuition into your monthly expenses.
This is not a loan program. You have no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check. The cost to budget your interest-free monthly payment plan is a $25 per semester, per college non-refundable NBS/FACTS Enrollment Fee.
Payment Due Dates:
Enroll early for best class selection. A $40 down payment ($25 enrollment fee and $15 registration fee) secures your classes, and activates a no-interest payment plan. The number of monthly payments depends on the date you enroll in the payment plan and the class(es) end date. Not all payment plans will extend to the end of the term.
In order to secure classes the fee is due by midnight the day of registration. Payment plans are available for up to six months. Debit or credit cards also accepted.
Student Tuition Payment Plans Offered by NBS/FACTS
To help you meet your educational expenses, Maricopa County Community Colleges are pleased to offer a convenient online payment option. With Nelnet you can:
- Select installment plans that are spread over several months, depending on the length of the semester.
- Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) are payments you have authorized to process directly with your financial institution. Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
- Make payments from your checking, savings, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card.
- Credit Card payments will be automatically charged to the credit card you designate on the 5th of each month until the balance is paid in full. Credit card payments are processed by American Card Services, Inc.
- Login for convenient online payments.
Enrolling in the online payment plan is easy.
Be sure you have the following information ready before you start:
- MEID as assigned by MCCCD.
- The name, address, e-mail address, and bank account information of the person responsible for making the payments.
- If paying by automatic bank payments, you will need the bank name, telephone number, account number, and the bank routing number. This information is found along the bottom of your bank checks.
- If paying by credit card, you will need the card number, expiration date, and the security code (usually found on the back of your card).
Carefully read through e-Cashier's Final Review and the Terms and Conditions before you submit your application. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once enrolled. If a payment fails for any reason, the agreement is terminated and notification is sent to the person listed as responsible for payment.
