We have a variety of programs to help you finance your musical and educational dreams.
There are many opportunities for strong players to receive scholarships at MCC!
A college education is one of the best investments you can make, but the cost can often put a strain on your financials. Financial aid exists to help supplement the costs of college so your wish to attend college can be a reality.
FAFSA
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the form prepared by current and prospective college students to determine your eligibility for student financial aid (including the Pell Grant, Federal student loans and Federal Work-Study). Most, if not all, scholarships require a student to complete the FAFSA to help determine financial need. Complete your FAFSA online here.
Mesa College Promise
The Mesa College Promise is a commitment from the City of Mesa to its residents that all eligible students can attend Mesa Community College for two years with Arizona resident tuition and registration fees fully funded. The Mesa College Promise provides financial support to students with demonstrated financial needs but who have not received enough federal student aid (FAFSA) funds or other scholarship resources to completely cover the cost of tuition.
Student Loans
A direct student loan is aid that is deferred until you’re out of school.
Student loans are a form of financial aid that can help you pay for tuition, books, and living expenses while you're in school. Read more on the Financial Aid website.
Federal Work Study
The Federal Work-Study (FWS) program is funded by the federal government. This funding provides employment opportunities for students with financial eligibility, allowing you to earn money to help finance the cost of your education. Read more on the Financial Aid website.
