Savannah Sanders was 16 when she began her battle with drug addiction and homelessness. Mesa Residents Honored for Blood Donation Records

Two Mesa residents have been named United Blood Services MAX Donors of the Year this month through nominations by center staff. David Clarkson of Mesa has given blood 182 times since his first donation as a student at Mesa Community College, according to a press release.
