A Mesa woman wants to say thank you to the Good Samaritan who returned her wallet with something much more valuable than cash inside. Valeria Valencia lost her wallet a month ago in the parking lot at Main Street and Mesa Drive in Mesa. It had her cash, credit cards and work permit inside.
