November 5 – November 13, 2024
This November MCC will be hosting the annual Empty Bowls event at both Red Mountain and Southern & Dobson in observance of World Hunger Day. For a $10 donation, patrons may select a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted ceramic bowl to take home. There will also be a silent auction held with special ceramic pieces and other artwork gathered from various valley artists. All proceeds from the sale of bowls and silent auctions with benefit Paz de Cristo Community Center, the nonprofit providing anti-hunger and empowerment support for the East Valley's homeless, unemployed, working poor and their families.
Our first event starts next week out at Red Mountain on Election day, Tuesday November 5th, 2024. The Southern & Dobson event will take place the following week on Wednesday November 13, 2024.
