It is with pride and gratitude that I share the Mesa Community College 2024 Report to Our Community.

With a legacy built through dedication, innovation, and support for students over nearly six decades, MCC continues to enrich lives and the community with opportunities for quality higher education, cutting-edge career training, and valuable contributions to the economy. 

Our campuses offer students and the community beautiful venues for theatre, music, and dance as well as cultural and academic events. The Rose Garden and Cienega provide an oasis for enjoying nature and relaxing. The Art Gallery, Saguaro building critter displays, and planetarium are among the favorite places to visit by our neighboring families. 

Within this report you will find new workforce initiatives, technology developments, and academic program expansions that are data driven as well as based on the needs of our students, businesses, and industry. The college has received acclaim throughout the nation for its equity forward innovations such as the Construction Trades programs, iBelong Student Success Initiative, Arizona Semiconductor Technician Quick Start, and Apple’s Jamf certification. 

The nationally recognized Mesa College Promise Program, originally serving recent high school graduates, expanded to include adult learners. The Program is a great example of a successful public-private partnership funded by the City of Mesa and a wealth of generous donors from industry, businesses, and philanthropists. This fall, more than 300 Mesa residents were given the financial and college support needed to pursue their higher education goals. 

As our enrollment numbers increase and graduation achievement rates climb, we look forward to an exciting and collaborative future, always focusing on our strategic goals and grateful for our inspiring community partners.
