TRIO SSS is a federally funded college persistence and retention program for first-generation, low-income college students and college students with disabilities.

Services Provided by TRIO SSS at MCC

  • Academic Tutoring

    • TRIO Tutoring

      • You must utilize campus resources prior to requesting a one-on-one TRIO tutor

      • TRIO also offers an open tutoring lab every semester. This open lab provides an opportunity to "drop in" and get some quick help and is a good way to get consistent weekly help

  • Advisement in Course Selection

  • Scholarship Search and Preparation

  • Faculty/Staff Mentoring

  • Peer Coaching (Group and Individual)
