Drawing course offerings include art anatomy, life drawing, and foundational drawing. Students explore composition, observation, perspective, and organic forms through graphite, pastel, and Conté crayon. Our painting classes are also offered at all levels, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced painter. Students can explore the mediums of watercolor, acrylic, or oil as they learn technical and expressive techniques, investigate new possibilities and subject matters.

Techniques and approaches learned in classes like two-dimensional design, three-dimensional design, color, printmaking, textiles, or studio art overlap when students create mixed media works. Students select the medium that will best inform the idea they are trying to express in these works.
