2. Thunderbird Tech Studio in the Learning Enhancement Center

The LEC offers Thunderbird Tech Studio services on a drop-in basis to ALL MCC students regardless of course they are enrolled in.

  • Canvas course navigation and assistance
  • Google Suite and Microsoft Office and 365
  • Cranium Café support & Web Conferencing Applications
  • Webcam and Microphone set up & testing
  • Mac & Windows Operating Systems
  • Technical issues hindering online learning

Methods of Delivery: Drop-In Services on the Southern/Dobson Campus in the LB11 Building, Library in LB142 or Online

3. New Media Lab

The New Media Lab can provide in-person lab assistance for the following:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Applications
  • Podcast Recording & Editing
  • Digital Photography, Videography, and Audio production
  • Navajo Language Typing

Method of Delivery: In-person on the Southern/Dobson Campus in the AS4 building in AS-122

4. Computer Information Systems Department Lab

The CIS multiuse lab can handle most general in-person technology needs. All of the lab assistants and techs are trained in these areas.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office including Excel and Access
  • Specialized software including:

    • Mobile App programs
    • Cybersecurity and Networking courses
