The MCC Fitness Centers offer free personal training and drop-in group fitness classes with all paid credit and non-credit memberships. Our personal trainers and group fitness instructors are students majoring in exercise science. Fitness center employees come with a wealth of knowledge to provide you with the best personal training program design.
