Download a Virtual Background
Choose a background on this page to download.
Before joining a meeting
- Open your meeting so that you see the Webex Meeting Preview Window.
- In the upper right corner of the Preview Window, click on "Change Background"
- Scroll to the bottom of the options that appear and click on the plus button.
- In the new window that opens, navigate to your image and choose open.

(Optional) Mirror the image by choosing the button to the right of "Change Background.
During a meeting
- At the bottom of the meeting, click on the down arrow next to "Start Video"/"Stop Video." Alternatively, click the Audio & Video menu at the top of the window.
- Choose "Change virtual background"
- Scroll to the bottom of the options that appear and click on the plus button.

In the new window that opens, navigate to your image and choose open. Ensure your image looks correct in the preview and click "Apply.

(Optional) Mirror the image by choosing mirror icon in the top right corner of "My preview" and then clicking "Apply".
