Researchers are required to complete the Human Subjects Research training prior to submitting their research for review. Training is available now at https://about.citiprogram.org/en/homepage/. (The Organization Affiliation is Maricopa County Community College District and the training course is the one for Social-Behavioral-Educational Researchers.) The training requires registration but is provided at no cost.
Complete the appropriate training module as described below.
Investigators must follow these steps:
- Complete the training course.
- Save the certificate of completion that is provided when the training has been finished.
- Submit the certificate of completion with your application to conduct research.
- (Documentation of equivalent alternative training may be accepted. Check with IRB Coordinator.)
Members of IRB and CRRC:
All members of the MCCCD IRB and the College Research Review Committee are required to complete the online Human Subjects Research training.
