Is your organization interested in using facilities at Mesa Community College for your event?
We offer a variety of locations for rent, including meeting rooms, state-of-the-art classrooms, athletic fields, outdoor spaces, and an award-winning rose garden. Whatever your event is, we would like to be a part of it.
(Please note that Mesa Community College is a smoke-free/tobacco-free/alcohol free environment).
Let's get started
- Start the process by filling out the rental application. Please note that a minimum 6 weeks advanced notice is required for all facility rentals.
- Your application will be reviewed, and we will contact you to go over your specific event needs.
- We will schedule a walk-through tour of the requested MCC location to ensure the location is appropriate for and will meet your event needs.
- After the walk-through tour, an estimate will be provided.*
- If the estimate is accepted, a rental contract will be prepared and sent to you for signature, along with other requirements, such as a Certificate of Insurance and payment details. (TULIP is a program offered by MCCCD to assist venue renters to purchase low cost general liability insurance for specific events held at MCCCD venues and facilities.) The signed contract, certificate of insurance, and payment in full will be due at least 10 business days prior to your event.
*Mesa Community College facilities require a 4 hour minimum rental, regardless if the facilities are used for less than 4 hours.
